1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using EZvnts, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. EZvnts is an event vendor marketplace connecting customers with verified service providers. If you do not accept these terms, you may not use our platform.
2. Description of Service
EZvnts is a marketplace platform that connects event customers with qualified vendors and service providers. We do not directly provide services; we facilitate connections between buyers and sellers. Our platform includes vendor profiles, booking management, messaging, payments processing via Stripe, and dispute resolution.
3. User Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to use EZvnts. When registering an account, you agree to provide accurate information and maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are fully responsible for all activity on your account and must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or suspicious activity.
4. Vendor Terms
Vendors must maintain accurate profile information, respond to inquiries professionally, and honor all confirmed bookings. EZvnts reserves the right to remove vendor listings that violate our policies or fail to meet service standards. Vendors agree to clearly communicate cancellation policies and service commitments to customers.
5. Customer Terms
Customers agree to communicate professionally with vendors, provide complete and accurate event details when booking, and review vendor cancellation policies before confirming bookings. Payment must be made through the EZvnts platform; direct payments outside the platform are prohibited.
6. Payments & Fees
EZvnts charges a platform fee (starting at 7%, with volume discounts down to 3%) on completed bookings. Payments are processed securely through Stripe and held in escrow until service delivery is confirmed. Customers receive full protection through escrow; refunds are issued if vendors cancel or fail to deliver agreed services.
7. Cancellation & Refunds
Each vendor sets their own cancellation policy, which is clearly displayed before booking confirmation. EZvnts will process refunds according to the vendor's stated policy. If a vendor cancels without a valid reason, customers receive full refunds and priority matching with alternative vendors.
8. Intellectual Property
All EZvnts content, design, and functionality are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any platform content without written permission. By uploading content to EZvnts, you grant us a license to use and display it on the platform.
9. Limitation of Liability
EZvnts is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for vendor performance, service quality issues, disputes, or damages from your use of the platform. Your sole remedy for any dispute is filing a claim through our dispute resolution process. Our liability is limited to fees you paid in the preceding 12 months.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, USA. EZvnts is based in Las Vegas, Nevada. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Nevada state courts.
